@gerryracer The mumbling was intentional, as for copying that idiot adam faith, i very much doubt it as Faith was unknown when Steele released this song.
Tommy Steele could be annoying though:)

GUY MITCHELL WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT COULD SING THIS SONG. TOMMY COULDN'T REACH THE NOTES AND MUMBLED THE WORDS. AN ATTEMPT TO BECOME ADAM FAITH? I WONDER.

@HowayBonnyLad I have to say that Tommy's instrumentation is better, but Guy Mitchells singing and whistling is better :D

Guy Mitchell's version is good but Tommy's is more raw so I prefer it. I also prefer his singing style to Guy's. His voice is more distinct, methinks.
