Dr. Bill, You consider hefeweizen (weissen) as a more versatile food paring beer than saisons?

@BMan1113VR BMan, I consider Saisons and Hefewiezens to be the two beer styles that are the most food friendly as far as pairings go. I give a slight nod to Hefeweizens due to the fact that they pair amazingly well with any meal. Yogurt and fruit, scrambled eggs, waffles, even cereal- No Problem!

great review guys. I recently tried this beer and loved it! started with Hoegaarden, shock top, and a beer here in canada called mill st. belgian wit. Im really loving the wheat beers.
