Bravo, Hand. I watched this video in its entirety, and not once does Vector put forth a credible argument.

Vector- Stop the misrepresentation, and stop talking to the camera like a parent to a child. It takes the emphasis away from what you're saying, and generally makes you look like a complete ass. Your position might have been merely amusing were it not for your unnecessary antics.

Prove that the FACTS I represent are WRONG with FACTS of your own. Don't just say I'm not putting forth a credible argument, because that's just another liberal baseless claim. Vector, you've already had two people explain to you that 'culturally and linguistically appropriate services' refers to services already provided to legal immigrants (interpreters, female doctors for female Muslim patients, etc). If you wish to rebut this assertion, you must prove how this provision specifically targets illegal immigrants. You have yet to do this.

Here's the difference between NOW and if this bill passes, which is explained in either video 4 or 5.When PABLO or PEPE or XIAO JIAN or ABDUL are in this country ILLEGALY the doc CAN'T bill THEM directly - he BILLS the GOV'T. Now, before you start accusing me of not knowing what I'm talking about - yes I know it's this way now with insurance companies if an illegal has insurance(which he shouldn't LEGALLY)---HOWEVER---(plz excuse CAPS for EMPHASIS not YELLING, thx)TAXPAYERS don't pay OTHER PEOPLE'S INSURANCE PREMIUMS they just pay THEIR OWN, and health insurance CURRENTLY isn't a MANDATORY thing to OWN, under this BILL it WILL BE. Hopefully that clarifies a bit better - read next comment

And sorry for the lengthy "jump-around" videos - I had all my material in order but would get sidetracked and start shooting from the hip...next time I do something like this I will be better prepared for keeping it short and sweet. I was also in a hurry to get the video posted as I didn't want the issue stagnating before I had a chance to speak my opinion without 5 million comment boxes filled - consider the above 2 comments my rebuttal.

Also, I apologize in advance if you already did rebut this in your video, as you jumped from issue to issue rather abruptly and I honestly found it a bit hard to follow. Your patronizing tone certainly didn't help either.

I disagree with your interpretation of the facts. The proviso in question does not target illegal immigrants, nor would it apply to them. This proviso guarantees the patient's right to be treated in the manner to which his or her cultural values are attuned, and even in their own language, if need be. Wouldn't you like to have a complex medical procedure explained to you in your own language?

"Liberal" is merely a catch-all, as is "conservative". Judge the man first and the group second.
