maybe u´re not doing it right :) plank and side plank r my favourite ab exercises. it also works for your lower back, i think. u can try plank variations...check some ab exercises from cbathletics, he´s cool... good luck :) p.s. maybe, since u´re 13, u´re too light to feel something :D
What I like is how you do all your exercises in such a small area. Really helps those of us who don't get the chance to go to the big open gyms to work out.
also: at 58 seconds a balloon drops down from the top right window pane, it's really weird.

i am 13 and i just tried this and im not really feeling anything,
my heart rate goes up but i don't feel anything in the abs,
and the balloon is a crane

also, I dont think it was a balloon i think it was a crane holding something!? lol
