@beans19930 if you knew anything about human evolution and anatomy you would know the paleo diet does horrible things to you, there are no facts or evidence to back it up. Just a marketed meal plan for the uneducated. I guarantee you will get bigger faster stronger doing traditional strength and body training. Don't believe me? Check out early Russian and Bulgarian Olympic Athletes that basically invented Cross Fit then discarded it for its ineffectiveness.

@NASMCertifiedOkie Crossfit tries to make exercises that can only use ATP in order to efficiently perform the exercise(clean and jerks, etc.) and use them in a high endurance workout that requires glycolysis for energy source. Therefore, during your power exercise, your body runs out after about 15-30 seconds and has to turn to glycolysis, but glycolysis isn't the kind of replenishing the fast twitch fibers use in order to recover. Basically starving your body while continuing to take from it.

@BEANS19930 You're an idiot. Go read the article written by a PhD in Spinal Biomechanics. Evidence shows Crossfit not only breaks the muscle fibers(spindle fibers) down to a point beyond repair, but also leads to poisoning of the blood due to the muscle literally breaking down and toxicifying the bloodstream. Crossfit has no idea how the body works. You can't mix power with endurance. Power- ATP source lasting 15 seconds. Endurance- Glycolysis 30 seconds-15/20 min.

@djsirpopoftart search the paleo diet, watch some of the elite crossfitters do wods, and most definitely watch THE CROSSFIT GAMES 2012 on espn 2.... then come back and tell me crossfit doesnt work. it is designed to bring us bac to how our bodies were meant to look and perform

Crossfit is not good for you, I have a bunch of friends that do crossfit because they didnt know how to workout. But I am twice as strong and look better. The toughest kid in their gym does bodybuilding exercises and power lifts. Crossfit = Overtraining and weakness. no one seems to understand that. For all of you crossfiters out there. How are you supposed to get strong when you burn off all of your calories doing burpees?

I'm one of those who train like Dorian Yates, 12 sets max per workout so shut the fuck up if you dont know shit about bodybuilding! oh and yeah man, crossfiter are just good at crossfit. Stop comparing sport with other sports i'm tired of all this shit!! Put a crossfiter on a football field, he will get is ass kicked. @NASMCertifiedOkie I don't agree with crossfit, but on average those guys are way stronger than average body builders. Most of those guys can powerclean 330+ lbs easy
