A VERY ROUGH VIDEO (AND PICS) ON HOW I REMOVED OUR OLD DRAIN THAT ORIGINALLY CAME WITH THE HOUSE WHEN IT WAS BUILT IN 1977. MATERIALS AND TOOLS: One SMALL PLIER, one 12" CHANNEL LOCK PLIERS, PLUMBERS PUTTY, CHROME ROLLER BALL DRAIN SET, HUMAN MUSCLES. I ORIGINALLY NEVER PLANNED TO MAKE A HOW-TO VIDEO, SO SOME VIDEO FOOTAGE THAT WAS MISSING WAS SUBSTITUTED WITH PICTURES.

DISCALIMER: THIS VIDEO WAS INTENDED FOR THOSE WITH OLD TUB DRAINS WHERE THE CROSS BARS ARE STILL INTACT AND ASSUMING THAT THE OLD DRAIN WAS INSTALLED CORRECTLY. IF YOU FEEL THAT YOU MAY DAMAGE THE TUB SHOE, DO NOT PROCEDE. UNLESS YOU KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH THE CONSEQUENCES, CALL A TRUSTED PLUMBER.
