That's not a regular 550 Maranello at all. It's a 550 GT or GTS depending on who built it. It's possible that it is a mock-up of a GTS, but it doesn't sound or rev like it. Prodrive built only 10 or so GTS, but there were a few more for FIA competition around 2001.

You're quite right, it's an Italtechnica built GTS, further modified/re-engineered by Rafanelli. It's nothing like a prodrive one, it's just as good though, if not better.
