The video might be annoying, but seriously it is meant to be several hours in the life of someone that burns the candles at both ends, seriously, you need to realise that was the intention of the video, as it basically mimics the song itself!!
This is Madness at their very best, amazing songs, about real life, and having a lot of fun whilst they do so.... Madness deserve so much more, as they have NEVER won a Brit award for their music!!! The launch concert for the album was a stunning show!!

I wasn't going to watch it at all, but it is a fascinating use of a video camera, or rather a western dolly. TIGHT BAND. MUST BE FROM THE UK. We don't hear horns anymore in America, just the sucking sound of the dying dollar...

@Ryuuken24 @Ryuuken24 First, it's riddance, not ridens, and second - one song doesn't determine everything (in other words - try listening to another - Baggy Trousers or One Step Beyond for instance, and if you haven't, then you MUST listen to Our House and It must be love, although i suppose you've heard them already /classics/)

Only seriously unbalanced people think videos are REAL.
However, the video is genuinely annoying. It is like being forced to watch several hours in the life of the self-centered idiot you make fun of in a club compressed into 3:38. She's the girl who you date twice and then change your cell number to get away from.... you don't want to know her in real life and you certainly derive no pleasure from watching her as a character in a video.
