Here is my friend XxHellfirexX's hilarious attempt to get his lightning necklace to level 9. He used 1 mil gp and sold everything to buy more than 1300 gems. I recorded his process.

70% pra sa unti lng tao 10% pra sa maraming tao! bahala kau ako npa +9 ko neck ko ng walang kahirap2!:P

Elena hates me. I bet she swims in GP. Whenever I upgrade the necklace, it usually gets degraded or doesn't change. But usually if I leave the room it WORKS.

P.S. Upgrade your necklaces during Rainbow 7 event, same with Runes.
