@speedymarie47 We drove up there just yesterday. There's a great big brewery/pizza place in wimberly right before this rest stop if you're coming from San Marcos.

there is a breathtaking view to the right when he's at the rest stop that he just totally ignored. I am disappoint.

@R9G5V6 it came out on unsolved mysteries and there is info you can look up just look for it on the web. There is alot of history which occured in that area back in the days.

How do you get to the devil's backbone exactly? I know its northwest of new braunfels. Thanks.

@GhostGrind It is Ranch to Market 32...If you drive to Canyon Lake High school it is right off of 32. Just go towards San Marcos on 32...the backbone is the curvy area. You will know when you drive by it.
