@tonytvr1 Assuming you are programming in nxt-g (language that comes with the kit) you will need to use the bluetooth blocks. on the remote use the send blocks and have it send say a number or value when you push a button. Then on the car have it wait for that value and depending on the value it will do something. and when you run it just connect the 2 nxt's so they will be sending values to each other. hard to explain just look at other peoples programs thats how i learned.

@tonytvr1 I have another set but i still find this to be more usefull for example right now I made a 4 motored rc car but I only have 2 NXTs so the car uses this and the remote is my other nxt.
Guys can you let me know why I am getting all these downvotes? I honestly don't care too much but I am just wondering why one of my lamest worst videos (I was simply testing the sensor for the company, this was before it was released) has the most views and also the most downvotes?
and where the heck did all these views come from o.0

Sorry to tell you. I can use 6 motor without that gadget (well, 3 pairs of motors for exact)

@BlisterFFw explain how you get more than 3 motors when there are 3 motor ports.

does it have to have a battery pack on it?can it run with out it?it would wast a lot of battery power but can you???
nxtsuperman 1 year ago
@nxtsuperman unfortunately no. however when you have a robot that needs 5 motors its cheaper to just get a battery pack than spending another 140$ for a new NXT brick
