they laid there eggs after the harvest. this is a massive set back.

  • it is a consideration. but, harvest 1a did not incur any damage. latter i plan to pull the harvest dates. look at the instar growth rates and draw a must harvest date by. plus a phone call to the ifas scientist that wrote the bio for advice. did find less then 10 less then 1' hornworms buried in the crown. have a 13 gal garbage bag 3/4th full of harvest. it is now drying in a big big box with a fan on it. we still have the second crop. from destruction comes rebirth. thank you

  • that is a cryin shame, might be worth netting the curing area off with mosquito netting
