Fashion Q doesn't have a website, I believe. But it's like a Forever 21 store, but cheaper. They have the same exact shirts, brands, etc.

You will never get the right answer. It all depends on the person themselves. Everyone stops growing at a certain age, when they got their periods, etc. It just depends on your life/who you are. Personally, I stopped growing sometime early in high school. 9th/10th grade give or take. (:

Well of course they'll still grow, because women fill out later in their lives, I'm talking about height, and usually that's the case with height.
