Oh by the way, I am NOT a doctor. but I have a few doctors thanks to my health problems. And my mother is an Office manager of a health care provider. And everyone I have talked to in the medical field are ALL against O'Bama care. Maine care (O'Bamacare lite) owes MILLIONS to doctors and hospitals. so yeah...... saying "Very high public support" for O'Bamacare. let alone a public option just shows how out of touch this woman is with those she represents.
Logic goes right out the window with these arrogant, self serving socialists. They must not believe they will suffer the same fate as the rest of us once they take over and ruin what is left of private health care.
The parallel to marxists rationing goods, where members of the ruling party have special stores in which ordinary people are barred, stores that are immune to the shortages which the lower class must endure seems to be our future. I say vote these radical leftists out of office.
I'm almost speechless how little facts, and reason affect Ms. Pingree's stance. An ideologue in the most notorious sense. I tremble for my state and my country.
I don't doubt that Rep. Pingree would struggle to explain the economics of this bill to the people of Maine. From what I can tell, costs won't go down with a public option and the legislation will put us further and further into debt. Senator Snowe and Sen. Collins seem to understand this, but then again, they are serious legislators. Speaking of the State legislature, our state is on the verge of bankruptcy due to Democratic rule and out of control costs. Rep. Pingree, you are a joke madam.

How nice of them to portray the will of the people as a Frankenstein's monster / zombie.
