So he killed an old lady but, he didn't deserve to die? That's crazy cause she didn't deserve to die but, I guess he thought she did. So yes he deserves to die. It's the only humane thing to do.

It is not in the place for man to kill brother man. Some wicked people deserved to die, but when people kill people (sometimes using the justificaiton of the death penalty) they are also murderers and are just as guilty for murder in God's eyes as the killers they kill. Just incarcerate them or ship them to a desert island.

@iamkingofthecastle don't forget the exonerated....they have been found guilty of capital murder, sent to death row and exonerated because found innocent several years later...with your theory..even more innocent people would be executed...
