Operational video of McCloskey C50 track mounted jaw crusher, McCloskey C44 track mounted cone crusher, McCloskey S190 track mounted triple deck screening plant and two McCloskey 36"x90' stacking conveyors.

Feed stock is pit run with granite stone. C50 Jaw is set 3" close side setting, feeding the S190. The S190 side conveyor is feeding 1" plus material to the C44 Cone. The C44 is set to 1" close side setting and feeding 1" minus to the S190. The S190 fines conveyor is feeding 1" minus to the two 36" x 90' stacking conveyors. Average production rate of 1" minus material is 500 TPH, verified by beltscale on transfer stacker.

  • Thanks for the positive comments folks! Much appreciated and always great to hear. Thank's to the success of this spread we now have 5 full spreads operational in Canada. Your's remains the only one in Ontario so far however. Hopefully we'll change that soon!

  • nice and clean. I have some crusher experience working on the ground, changing screens, belts, rollers, bearings, and i changed a mantle inside one of the cones we had. that was a few years ago now and ive been dying to get working on another crusher. Any chance you need workers, even after winter i could still be available please. i will travel anywhere

  • Do you find any problem with the way your pile comes out? What I mean by that is do you have problems with stockpile segregation?

  • Al normally has 3 guys working for him all the time but this day the man who makes these Crushers ( Pascal from Ireland ) and his crew were all there to tape this and see that it runs like it should. He has a great crew who work very hard til late evening and then some lol.....good job guys!!

  • Yaay this is my husband's Crushing spread. The only totally McCloskey Crushing spread to date in Canada. He recognized the red water truck and himself in the red T shirt lol. He's pretty proud of what he does and I am proud of him. I often go to see what he does. It's kool. Good work guys!!
