1st and most important thing I would do is get out from under the bench rack and start squatting more. As a high school player, you could be played pretty much anywhere as far as size goes. It all depends on your athleticism and what your good at. Remember ... Legs are number one! You don't run on your arms.

wieght-225
bench-265
squat-345
40 yrd-4.9
ive been told-defensive end, linebacker,or defensive tackle,tight end or full back. but im not sure what position to play
