doesnt matter how hot it is, im out there on my bike regardless. my hydration strategy keeps me safe, healthy, fit and alive.

drink enough water so your urinating at least 10 times a day and a couple times a night. urine MUST be clear not straw or yellow. straw or yellow means we are dehydrated and running on half power literally.

Do u drink tab water or bottled water?

I m just learning about fluoridation and how harmful it is to people...

@NEUHEITEN100 I will drink ANY water to avoid dehydration with the preference on the best quality in the moment.

My housemate died last year from dehydration after saying no to water that came from pipes. So she was pure but now she is dead..

Its impressive that you can demonstrate how tough you are. Nobody doubts you are a superman!! But you are kidding yourself that drinking water is enough...when you lose 2 k of body fluid, you are losing more than just water, but also essential minerals and phosphorus. Water replenishment is not enough. Take care of your body indeed!!! :o

Pretty hot Harley. I saw your interview on Dr. G's site and read you use to deal with anorexia. I was wondering if you could make a video talking about your experience with it and how you overcame it - like the process not just the final outcome. You are obviously well better now but it would be nice to know how you got to where you are now to recover from the issues you use to deal with. @westwest213LA here in germany they dont put fluoride in the water.. but what i did since i was a child is brushing my teath with fluoride TP. Now I M sick as a dog and dont really know why.. neither do the doctors i asked. Thats why i m trying to learn more about raw veganism and poison in my environment..

My immunsystem is very weak- once a month i get a flu. Two years ago my teath started to break apart..

It was the critical TV Reports that made me consider fluoridation, not theconspiracists

@NEUHEITEN100 Stop brushing your teeth and taking a shower, there's fluroide in it. Jokes aside, fluroide does cause problems with some people, not all. If it was as dangerous as the media and conspiracists say, don't you think you would've been dog sick by now? I wonder how the conspiracists are reacting now that the government wants to reduce the amount of fluroide in our water? Talk about cognitive dissonance, oh, sorry, short rant XP.

There r people who think the best diet for humans is the same that monkeys have. including ants and bugs and no drinking at all. They think we get enough water from plants.. but i think thats crap...

Fortunatly they dont put fluoride in the water in most parts of europe..

U look really healthy.. fluoride dont seem to effect u..
