My theory:
Adria was Ori, Morgan was Ancient: negative/positive. They didn't battle, they cancelled each other out, so Morgan sacrificed herself to stop Adria for god. That is kind of how Merlins weapon worked too, it just cancelled out the Oris energy and thus killed them.
Oma was Ancient and so was Anubis, so she could not cancel him (same energy); thus the eternal combat.

@uberjens no he is not. Only Adria is the Orici. He is the Doci. The Doci is essentially a chief Prior who acts as a mediator or mouthpiece for the Ori.

@WRAITHSGA This is kind of nit-picky, but no, the man the Ark is used on is not an Orici. He is the Doci... the Ori equivalent to the Pope.

@WRAITHSGA Well, the series got canceled, so it's not like they had much choice. The search for the Ark of Truth was supposed to be a season long story arc for season 11, but Sci-Fi nixed the show, because they're idiots. So, they had to cram twenty episodes worth of material into a two-hour long movie. So of course it seems rushed. I thought the movie did a pretty good job of wrapping everything up, although it could have done without the Replicator storyline.
