2. From his campaign headquarters in Boston, Romney detected an unusual movement among the secular faithful across the river in Cambridge. He warned the nation against us in his special speech. Like St. Paul, Romney trashes the public sphere. We're trying to save it! One of the infallible Popes said the separation of church and state is wrong (Popes also presided over six centuries of torture.) We believe love and freedom can be helped by and found in a government without religion coming into it.
