This is Mike Ukrainetz from Mike's Outfitting Ltd., This is one of the biggest bears we have ever taken in Alberta, he weighed 450 pounds, his hide squared out at 7 ft 9 inches and he had a Boone and Crockett qualifying score of 21 12/16. It was Clint Proctor from Utah's first ever bow kill, that is why I gave the constant coaching, waiting for the perfect shot. Clint performed flawlessy making a great double lunger. It took us 2 seasons of hard hunting to finally get this huge bear!
Unbelievable!! Just shot my first black bear in AB a few weeks ago....but this monster takes the cake. Well done, great footage!!! What a huge old boar!

Just to explain one of the comments about it being a sow, when I first saw the bear at a distance I saw the big butt and so I told Clint it was a sow, I never corrected myself. The whole time the bear was walking into the bait site Clint was thinking' "How in the world is this a sow, he looks like a huge boar", and he was!
