in the fellowship of the ring when boromir dies and puts his hands on aragorns shoulder you can tell that it was a big mistake. one shot from boromirs side his arm isnt there, but from aragorns side boromirs arms there. it goes back and forth for a while until boromir dies. u

The biggest mistake was letting Jackson change the plot so completely with the green ghosties in the Battle of Pelenor fields, which made all the losses suffered by Gondor and Rohan up to then pointless.
