So what you're telling me is that the bible is not in it's original form and that even if it was, it would still be bullshit?
Wow.
That's a shocker. =)
I'm going to church Sunday and demanding my 10% back. Damn it.

@vincechassey "I do have a question:If Jesus was not human why the need of "the cross" ?"
Let me answer with another question. If god was not shaped like a man, why does it say he walked in the garden of eden? Why does it also say we are made in the visual likeness of god? Why, why, why.... it should be clear to you that the ancient people believed all sorts of nonsense. Why should their belief about Jesus be any different? It is simply what they believed had happened to him.

@TruthSurge so your ideas about the meaning of "appearing" could also apply to this muslim tradition.
The Jews didn't kill Jesus. It just appeared to the tradition that It did because he(Jesus) wasn't human!
You rely often on the greek(with good reasons) to explain most of you theory,
What do you think of Young' s litteral translation bible?

@vincechassey It's okay. But it's still a translation. A full approach is to read many translations, check for notes such as missing text in earlier mss etc and read a lexicon entry such as Strong's or other lexicon for Greek and I would say consider scholar's opinions on the words BUT with a caution that most Christian scholars are going to be biased to some degree in certain areas and once in a while I disagree with an entry in Strong's lexicon. I would use another lexicon but ...

@vincechassey Strong's is the one linked to blueletterbible (d o t) org. I don't read or write Greek but I can read a dictionary about it. :)

I do have a question:If Jesus was not human why the need of "the cross" ?
It's everywhere in your first series that he died on the cross,so what is that death on the cross meaning if he was an immortal being?

@vincechassey Also, Paul says the "rulers of this age" killed Jesus. That phrase is interpreted by many to mean demons. Paul says if they had known they were killing god's son, they would not have done it. For in so doing, they sealed their own doom. If Jesus could take on a fleshly body as Paul says and become LIKE human flesh as Paul says, why is killing him via crucifixion hard to believe?
