they are pretty much talking about how it's made... it's not saying that it's strange... but they find it strange that americans love it so much... the secret is in the rice, beef, and number the sauce... the sauce is the best part of it in my opinon... anyone can make it... but unless you work at king tacos or a similar place like it... you wont know how to make the sauce... that is why when i eat it i dont eat on military bases only taco stands or king taco
