@JaimiMarieLovesMusic his poise, determination, attitude, mannerism, values, focus, etc. even though he acts like a jerk sometimes, i felt like he truly knows how to mentor interns/residents by example and letting them figure out the answers. my fav two characters are burke and bailey :]

This piece is very interesting and I do think every character is perfect for the actor.Love greys,all the characters are so likeable.

I think he was fired simply because of the buzz that was created from the conflict. Think about it: having that sort of distraction only complicates the filming as well as the chemistry between actors/actresses. Whether it was right or wrong, he said the F word and media created a big fuss about it. He needs to come back though..he was my favorite character

i agree but look he was right he was fired for saying the F word (the other f word) which was yes something he shouldn't have done but he shouldn't have been fired I think he was only fired because at the time people were calling for that radio guy that was rude to the college basketball teams job. He was so right when he said he would vanish as fast as dave
