Seems like the guy was going awfully slow...my father grew up in Everett and he said the trains used to go whipping up and down the track so fast it would make you puke. He was telling me that the curves were the scariest part, it felt like the train was going to go falling off lol

Just before the elevated train entered Sullivan Square station, there was a trackside sign advising the motorman to "WATCH THE SLIDE".
