Here is the second video of last weekend's event. This is the cross country portion of the event. Some of the video is very shitty because I had to zoom in from far distances so a lot of the vids are very grainy.

The Girl at 0:30 needs some more flat work to control that lower leg position. That's almost verging on a safty hazard.
