Pretty damn awesome, as a new kind of instrument, but doesn't quite sound like a brass bodied tricone--not that there's anything wrong with that.

They're not overpriced at all. I find mine worth every penny. I'm glad to pay a fair price for an excellent quality instrument made by American craftsmen.
