  • Is there nothing you can do with the insides of the pepper? Do you know of any interesting ways to use the inside of a pepper either in food or something?

  • @lisento Plant the seeds is about all I can come up with. You can compost the stuff, but you don't really want seeds in your compost, so you'd have to separate them. Something that comes to mind while I'm typing is, toasting the seeds. Hmmmm. Could have possibilities.

  • Can you do a video about making stuffed peppers if you haven't already? I've been wanting one for like 6 years now. Thanks.

  • @YourProduceGuy As a matter of fact I do. And I will send them to you later today!

  • @HALLSYSKITCHEN great question because you often are not going to use a whole pepper in one session. I suggest just storing the unused portion in a zip lock type bag in your vegetable drawer in your fridge. That would be for fresh use. If you plan to cook with it you would have a freezer option but you'd need to prepare it properly before freezing. I use them often enough that I just refrigerate them.

  • great video...i got a question. when you cut a pepper and dont use it all, how is the best way to store/keep the remaining pepper for later use?
