  • This is a great place to see authors talk about science from an author's perspective. Thanks a million for posting these.

    With regard to the use of modern physics, I must paraphrase Heinlein by saying it's important for science fiction writers to understand the difference between fact and theory. Modern physics has to some extent moved so far into purely theoretical territory that it isn't a bad thing for modern writers to disregard its vast majority, not that it's a good thing either.
