However, Felix Dzerzinski, who was Polish, was the creator of the Soviet Cheka, the precursor of the NKVD that killed the Polish Officers as well as Government Officials. So what's your point? Dzerzinski was asked by western reporters how he could kill so many people, he answered, they're Russians. Joke.
