Nichole jane barlow was born on Sept 24 1990 and died on april 29 2007. she was in a boating accident and went over the holtwood dam in holtwood PA.

she was always full of life, always happy, always smiling. everyone loved her and when she was around there was never a dull moment. she was 16 when she died and a sophmore at Solanco High School in quarryville PA. her body was found 8 days after the accident about a mile from the dam. her funeral was held on May 10th 2007.

i remember reading this in the local paper it made me cry i had a friend die fishing around conowingo dam they think she fell over board and they found her in perryville md two days later
