You gotta respect LL for being real about the current state of things. Back in his day they made music for the pure pleasure of it. Now its only for profit and you call see the difference.

Empire state of mind, or Run This Town is not garbage, and teh true Rapper Artist of the song bops his head..........Jay-Z has become the top over some old school Rapper's to, and not LL, but they have to accept change in a style of Hip Hop & the beat with it.

@myb7ls Yea, your right.. he doesn't say one thing about Jay-Z directly or subliminally. Not even sure he's just talking about Timbaland either, could be Dr. Dre too.. who really knows? Scott Storch at the time? Million bucks for a damn beat, doesn't even sound right in this music climate where records aren't getting sold. But i guess, the touring, the ringtones etc...
