  • Is this how gym movement protocol works... not because of CNS tension but connective tissue tension?

  • @xbloodyfeetx That is not exactly accurate, but it is a question in the right direction :-)

  • Adam quick question. I recently made a iso pinch grip device in which you can change the grip from 2" to 6". After using it I am curious as to if there will be a bigger neurological carryover, because the range of motion of the thumb is so small, if I only pinched at 2", because at 2" I can hoist larger weights. Your thoughts?

  • @xbloodyfeetx the question is more of tissue change, not CNS. The more specific to you train to the task at hand- the greater the results. If you want more dynamic pinch you need something to tax the thumb at speed. pinch juggling would work better. there are some videos of me doing that somewhere around here

  • Great woekout! Every day much crazy!

    Regards from Italy Bro!

  • ty adam :)

  • Aren't nerves a tissue as well. Or do you mean that it's not so much of an increase in bioelectric activity in the hands but of the actual tissue? Which would lead me to another question... doesn't the tissue change in the nervous system facilitate a greater bioelectrical flow? Maybe I am just overthinking the physiology of training and should just shut up and lift.

  • Quarter lifts are crazy.

  • what a strong grip..

    the forearms are burning surely..

  • Thanks Paul!
