Plenty of time left. Watch closely the weather forecasts from the 14th January onwards, temperatures are going to plummet mid-late month with the potential for snowfall. How much? Not possible to say at the moment.

This brought the best snowfall to my area (Northern Lincolnshire) in the last 24 years. Tuesday evening, overnight and into Wednesday brought 14inches of snow to my little corner of the world! Major supermarkets and even the banks struggled to open all day; if at all. Guaranteed day off work. Everyone had their shovels out for the next 3 weeks and temperatures over this period plunged to an epic -15c over many concessive nights. Truly a great start winter.. however the rest of winter sucked!

this years winter weather has been a joke we aint even had a fucking winter here in the midlands as soon as any cold weather kicks in mild air from the south just comes along and ruins everything

And can we please stop saying that I said its gonna be a white christmas since im Scottish and i dont really look at English weather I have no idea if it will be a white Christmas in England but i did say mid december snow and apprantly it snowed in various part of England. It may melt though. But it will return! The coldest winter in britain in 1962 arrived about after new year and did not finish till the end of march! So just because its not snowing in decmember does not mean a warm winter!!!!

Im not saying it well definetly be a cold winter. But it looks like it. Back when i said december is looking like a mild start it did with highs of 12C but then as we are getting closer to mid december more snowfalls are comming, I live in scotland and we got really heavy snow recently. The snow came the 4th december. That says it all. As it should be only snowing in the UK in jan/feb. Its melted away but shall return around mid december. This week is looking windy. But about halfway. Snow.
