NORA ODONNELL: [] Any sense that John McCain is in danger of losing his home state?
BRIAN JONES: I dont think so. John McCain has always carried Arizona. Hell continue to carry Arizona. Again, I want to go back to earlier this year. []
ODONNELL: What does Bill McInturff mean when he says that the race is functionally tied. What does that word functionally mean?
JONES: I think when he says functionally tied, obviously theres margins of error in every single poll that you take. So I think what hes basically saying is that were in the margin of error of being within lead or tied with Barack Obama. []
