Weight is the worst 187 I don't know what I am doing wrong maybe I'm not eating enough to speed up my metabolism case All the food that I am eating and preparing is healthy my chicken and fish are either baked or grilled no other way and I eat the brown rice 12 grain bread but I really only eat 2 times a day I cannot force myself to snack through out the day someone please help me.

if you think the cardio isnt working just go running, walk one run one; they say you actually lose more weight by varying your pace... still inspirational for you to put yourself out there, dont give up because youre helping me :)

You need to eat three times a day, make sure you eat breakfast. Snacks I eat those rice cakes that have chocolate or carmel on them there good and good for you, you should try them
