L'Inconnu de Limoise

Here is a lovely French tune (translated "The Unknown of Limoise"), selected as the November Tune of the Month by melodeon.net. I have heard two stories about the history of the tune. One is that it was written after the relocation of a cemetery resulted in many misplaced skeletons; and the other is that a skeleton with bagpipes was uncovered with the building of a road near Limoise. I decided to go with the first story, and so have superimposed me playing on some pictures we took at Montmartre cimetiere in Paris.

Lovely rich and strong sound. Some nice choice of phrasing and ornaments in the melody. Nice vid too. Good one.
