Bergen County Executive Attends Rockleigh Criterium 2

Bergen County Executive Dennis McNerney will be presenting commendations for cyclists at the Rockleigh Criterium Race, which has been held in the Borough since the 1980s. The Rockleigh Criterium is a weekly event, held annually from Mid-May through August every Thursday, beginning at 6:00pm at 35 Piermont Road in Rockleigh, NJ.
Three of the contenders in last week's Rockleigh Criterium included Brooke Miller, Samantha Schneider and Joanne Kiesanowski of Team Tibco, whose members won the 2009 USA Cycling NRC team competition, the Women's Prestige Cycling Series team title, and who were named the top team in North America by VeloNews. Miller is also known as the first women to simultaneously hold both the U.S. Road and Crit National Championships and Kiesanowski is a two-time Olympian.
