it doesnt matter. put ur scout up to 10 in staff upgrades then send him on a scout and if the player is over 80 sign him cus he will grow reli quickly becus he will probably be young

yh ... if ur half way through the season and u want to change the level (world class for eg.) can u change it or do u av to create a new season .... if u can how??
