Its a May Day Mosh @ Shed 5:

This Labour Day, May 1st, 5 diverse bands hit Burleighs SHED 5 for a one-time-only all-ages show. The night will include the intensity of Battle of the Band Finalists, The MOLOTOV, the high energy of One80Down, the beauty & terror of Chasing Augustus, the lunacy of Vivians Hamster & the passion of Steve Towson. With something for everyone, from folk/punk to metal/core, the show will appeal to those who like their tunes heavy & their bands radical.

The MOLOTOV are an intense Punk/Rap/Metal/Electro outfit with a diverse hybrid sound, female & male vocalists, confrontational lyrics and, depending on the venue, art/video/visuals. They combine various musical styles to create a truly unique & original sound.

One80Down have been described as one of the Gold Coasts best punk/rock bands, a 3-piece act of high energy, passionate lyrics & infectious grooves.

Chasing Augustuss bone crushing riffs & rhythms, haunting female & grinding male vocals make this original hardcore/metal band a unique act to be experienced live.

Vivians Hamster, after a 10 year hiatus, have returned to the band scene & are playing, live & rabid as ever, leading up to the release of their cult classic movie, Enter The Hamster.

Steve Towson, one of Australia's most dedicated & passionate writers & musicians, will perform solo versions of many of his classics.

Doors open 7pm and this is an all ages event. Venue is BYO, which keeps the cost of the night down but strictly NO GLASS is allowed. Entry is $15 for 5 bands.
