its like halloween year around there but ive been there for halloween parades and its even crazier in almost every side store they sell bongs its funny homeless ppl music ppl and i went last time and had a like 40 year old drunk women flirt with me i was only 11 when she was walking away shes like come on zack lol (hope she didnt drive home she was toasted)!!!
