My aunt saw some cops (in Saskatoon) turn on their lights and siren to blast through traffic and a red light to get to Tim Horton's quicker lol

@twq202 what does the SPS have to do with Milgard being convicted? That is up to a jury and judge. Police have nothing to do with sentencing, they just investigated him and enough evidence leg them to arrest him and a jury made the decision for life in prision.

If the witness was credible I doubt he would have been denied. I lived on the streets in the 80's.. Stonechild wasn't the only one taken out there, he was one of the unlucky ones that didn't make it back.
I'm interested in this story that the jail house witness has to offer. Is there a book, online interview. The police everywhere have a really tough job, however, just because they all deem each other "The Good-guys" who make some mistakes... THAT is not justice.

@LaLaKristiansen I dont know too much about the whitness and he is only known by the police and lawyers, i dont think its public. I only learned this from my dad and a fellow cop when i overheard their conversation and asked him to tell me about it even though he wasnt supposed to.
And yes there exists "bad cops" out there, and ya there were others taken by police out to those locations. But this is all i know about it, and i dont think there is much or any information about the whitness.

Why won't you believe that this isn't a Saskatoon cop? Where in Saskatoon is there a freeway with a forest in the background? Since when does Saskatoon police use a brand of radar gun other than Decatur? Why is the external mic attached to the cop's shirt not made by Motorola?

First of all that is not a forest those are normal woods like in central saskatchewan and that is a motorola attached to his shirt i know for a fact, i know what they look like, but the radar gun i cannot explain...are you a SPO?
