  • Thanks for sharing a well made video showing every step in puerh making :)

  • there are so many places producing Pu er tea

they have raw and "cooked" Pu er.

It's so difficult to find really good Pu er tea

I've tried or should i say finished a piece of Pu er tea cake which is more than 20 years

and also 1 which is appx. 12 years

the taste is so much different

I'm currently drinking Pu er which is around 9 years

those that are produced in the year 2005 is still well stork up

  • hahahaha you have a male name!

  • @velusumana

I personally have not had many Sri Lankan teas. I do hear that they are wonderful. It's so great to have such a large variety of teas to choose from in the world.

There are many ways of spelling Puer. Since it is a translated word its difficult to say if one English way is better than the other. Pronunciation is the important part, but that's even more tricky. I'm not sure Andrea got the pronunciation correct, but even in china there are different ways of saying Puer because of the different dialects. In some of the other Seven Cups videos you can hear Zhuping pronouncing Puer and that would be a correct pronunciation. :0)

    I hope this helped.
