Hong Kong Open Market near Central

An open-air market that I stumbled into during my trip to Hong Kong when crossing into Central. It's usually busy with shoppers and shop owners selling their variety of slaughtered meats, fresh seafood and vegetables. I do not see anything in refrigeration, which is the norm. These are falling out of fashion due to the newer, multi-storied closed-air meat, fish, and vegetable market places. The open-air variety are still more popular with HK shoppers, however.
