  • Now by body feels tense and jittery. I still feel anxious, but, I'm not going to try a second time for now. The head shaking is unexpected. I'm in the office. Can't do it a second time in case my collegue will notice.

  • @reiyi When stuff is disconnected there is often a jerking of the head. Proof it's working. You must have a lot of past trauma.

  • Hello, I have watched a few of your videos now between today and yesterday. I have so many issues I really don't know if I can be fixed. I suffer from severe depression and I believe Ive had chronic depression most of my life. I was a recovery alcoholic and after 5 years clean 2002-2007 I relasped. Now I find myself drinking more, smoking pot again and addicted to vicoden. My mother died a year ago and that made me spiral even futher in my addictions & depression. now I isolate, anxiety more
