As summer begins to wind down you will want to make the most of your time outdoors.

Once you trek down by the museum campus, make sure to head down to Northerly Island Park to take in the incredible views - it's an incredible, off-the-beaten path that you are sure to enjoy. For the perfect end to your day, swing into Chicago's 33rd annual Jazz Festival. Once again the festival will happen in multiple locations including the Chicago Cultural Center, Pritzker Pavilion in Millennium Park, and Grant Park. Festivities kick off Thursday with an opening event by the Chicago Jazz Ensemble and the weekend wraps up with two-time Grammy Award winner and trumpeter Roy Hargrove.
