Halo - Lucy Kate Hale

This is a fan video, highlighting the acting of actress/singer Lucy Kate Hale. She's absolutely adorable, and I love her- especially on Privileged, where she plays Rose Baker. It's a lot of clips from things she was in (The OC, SOTTP2, and mostly Privileged), and two scenes with the audio because I think they're funny.

It's dedicated to/made for Becca, because she absolutely adores Lucy and Privileged.
