@BlueFoundatlon they did... it was called the Simpsons movie LOLOLOL jkjk I love this book, hope it does get made, has great potential if they stick to the original writing and don't do a hollywood rewrite.

UtD is probably Stephen's best book.
Remarkably well drawn characters.
A nearly perfect Antagonist Vs Protagonist tale with elements of horror but nothing unnecessary to the story or purely gratuitous....just some good terror when terror is appropriate.
The ending puts a little strain on the narrative but not much after you have bought the initial. premise.
Of all SK's books I enjoyed UtD the most.
The movie is sure to set box office records.
Speilberg has already signed on as Producer.
