Peppered Cancer guitar playalong

Here is my rendition of the song Peppered Cancer by Ron and Bobby Jarzombek, aka Spastic Ink, for Bobby Jarzombek's DVD "Performance and Technique". I couldn't find a guitar cover of this song, so i thought it'd be cool to make one. Possibly the first?
I had a hell of a time making this video as the audio and video kept going in and out of sync (still new to video software haha). So if you experience anything of the sort I apologize in advance! and also for my redneck look.

I'm aware that this song was written on a 7-string, of which I do not own. So i compensated and played it on a 6-String in dropped B tuning, causing me to jump to different positions, and thus, making the song way more difficult! Just 30 seconds in and my hands are on fire. I'm also going direct in from an Axe-Fx Ultra and am not totally comfortable with the patch i used.
